Run MyHMI /3GL

Run MyHMI /3GL permits programmed HMI applications to be executed on the SINUMERIK PCU 50.5 or SINUMERIK NCU (not .NET or C++) and also allows

the integration of single screens
Creation of user-defined operating areas
Creation of background functions with data communication

Run MyScreens

The Run MyScreens functionality allows users to design their own user interfaces in order to visualize either machine-manufacturer, end-user functional expansions or simply their own screen form layouts.

Run MyHMI /PRO

Run MyHMI /PRO allows users to run configurations on the SINUMERIK PCU 50.5 or SINUMERIK NCU that have been created with the Configuration System HMI PRO CS. It includes the standardized operating screens within HMI PRO as well as the freely configurable user screens that have been created by variable layout.

Run MyHMI /WinCC

The software option SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /WinCC supports communication between a SINUMERIK 840D sl Type 1B (software version 4.5 SP2 and higher) and WinCC Runtime Advanced. WinCC RT Advanced can be used to integrate full-screen images into the OEM frame area of SINUMERIK Operate.

The engineering software SIMATIC WinCC Advanced and the software option SINUMERIK Integrate Create MyHMI /WinCC are needed to create these images.

SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced is already integrated into the SIMATIC Panels.

SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced must be installed in PC systems. In addition to WinCC Runtime Advanced, the SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /WinCC installation package is required.

To use SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced on PC systems with SINUMERIK, one SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /WinCC software option is required for each SINUMERIK NCU. No SIMATIC Powertags are required for the PC stations.

The software option SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /WinCC and SIMATIC WinCC Runtime Advanced are included in the scope of supply of SINUMERIK Integrate Create MyHMI /WinCC (see Create-it! Create MyHMI).

Run MyHMI /SIMATIC OP

The software option SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /SIMATIC OP allows users to run their own WinCC applications on SIMATIC CE panels on a SINUMERIK controller. The engineering software SIMATIC WinCC Advanced software version 13 and the software option SINUMERIK Integrate Create MyHMI /WinCC software version 13 are needed to create these applications.

When the SINUMERIK software option is added, functions can be used in conjunction with:

CNC variable dialog (symbolic presentation)
CNC file management, e.g. selection of part program
CNC functions, e.g. apply tool, CNC Start/Stop and other PI services
Alarms and messages in plain text

SIMATIC Panels can be connected via PROFIBUS or Ethernet depending on which interface is provided.

To use SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /WinCC applications on the SIMATIC Panels (SIMATIC Comfort Panel, SIMATIC Multi Panel, SIMATIC Mobile Panel) one SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /SIMATIC OP software option is required for each SINUMERIK NCU.

The SINUMERIK Integrate Run MyHMI /SIMATIC OP license comprises the Archive and Recipe licenses of SIMATIC as before.
