The HCS heating control system: Industrial heating processes under control
In manufacturing processes where temperature plays a crucial role, deviations of just a few degrees can cause enormous quality problems. To counteract adverse effects and keep the reject rate as low as possible, extremely precise, reliable and individual control of resistive loads is imperative.
The HCS heating control system features well-engineered technology and has been developed for the controls and switching of heating elements in industry, such as quartz, ceramic, flash, halogen and infrared radiation devices.
It is of modular design and can be adapted to suit specific requirements.
Three heating control systems are available:
- HCS709N – the customer-specific PROFINET solution for distributed applications (on request)
- HCS716I – the centralized, low-cost solution for the lower to medium performance range
- HCS724I - the centralized solution for the medium to high-end performance range
